Former President Trump and Vice President Harris are set to face off Tuesday in their first, and perhaps only, 2024 debate.
The 90-minute debate hosted by ABC News starts at 9 p.m. and will be moderated by “World News Tonight” anchor David Muir and "ABC News Live Prime” anchor Linsey Davis. There will be no audience in attendance, and mics will be muted when it's not a candidate's turn to speak.
Recent polls show a tight race between Harris and Trump in the seven key battleground states that will help determine who is elected to the White House.
Tuesday’s debate gives both candidates their biggest shot at shaking up what has so far been a deadlocked race.
